It could have been a good product had they not used the cheapest possible brackets.Here is the dilemma: if you don’t tighten the brackets a lot, they will not stay in play in your desk and the whole thing will slide off on to your lap (or floor) when you pull out the tray.If you tighten it the correct amount to prevent that, the brackets bend under the pressure and cause the front of the tray to angle down sharply.For me, I need a flat surface for proper ergonomics.Had they spent the extra $1 or so on good, strong brackets instead of the cheap garbage they had used, they would have had a decent, useable product.What a waste of time and resources for all involved
