There was a mix up in with the order but they took care of it quick and got everything straightened out. Really happy with this seller. 5 Stars. As for the keyboard? It's awesome! Clicky, but not loud like a mechanical kb, and at the same time it's not mushy like most rubber domes. Yup, Sega made better keyboards than HP or Dell or Logitech.
