Great products. Almost no assembly. The screws come screwed in and you have to unscew them to attach the bars. At first I didn't notice that and thought they hadn't included hem. Also, the company called me to tell me the chair and stand would be in two seperate shipments and ask if that was OK. Very considerate. The chiar is a tiny bit high for my seven year-old daughter but she'll grow into it.My daughter likes the size and simplicity of the stand and bench. Her biggest complaint is that because the keyboard just sits on the stand, it’s prone to shifting.I purchased this to use with a Casio keyboard. The first one arrived in a brown box which contained the white box. The boxes were not damaged but upon inspection the bench had a tear in it and the stand "feet" had a few light scratches. It wasn't too bad but when you buy new you expect "new" and perfect merchandise and not torn and scratched items. Sending it back was easy enough through Amazon and they sent another one to replace it.The replacement came in a just the white box which was damaged a bit. I initially thought "Not again, bet I have to send this back as well". Surprisingly nothing was damaged! Seat was fine and stand was not scratched. So I finished unpacking it and prepared to set it up.Setup of the bench is straight forward, you place the "unattached" bar of the bench frame under the seat where there is a sort of "hook" with turn screws. So you first turn the screws to allow a wide enough opening to fit the bar into the hook and then re-tighten the screws to hold the bar in place and thus have your bench ready to be sat on.The X stand isn't too hard to assemble. You get the two "feet" and two top sections to screw into the X frame. The screws are located in each end of the X frame. The instructions simply say put the smaller end of each bar to the "outside". So simply pay attention to which part of the X stand is "outside" or if it's easier to remember just have the two bars of equal length not have their holes line up - that'll make more sense if you have the stand and looking at it notice that left side and right side are not exactly across from each other. Also remember the dimple side of the hole faces out from the frame so your screw doesn't stick out once the X stand is complete. You have two larger bars that I've been calling the "feet" and two smaller to hold the keyboard.Once you complete the stand, get your keyboard on it and adjust either two or all four of the round rubber edges on the bar to help keep the keyboard from sliding around. Take your time and just slide them until they make enough contact to help keep the keyboard in place. I've added pictures that show this and hope it helps. For the price, this really isn't too bad - I paid about $35 on sale but it's gone up since. The allen wrench is include as well as another "wrench" tool which isn't needed as far as I can tell. The bench has a hand tightener (knob/screw) to help firm it up and the X stand has a spring loaded knob that locks into place as you expand or narrow the stand (allows you to "adjust" the height). Both items were received in very good condition and were easy to assemble right out of the box. (Note that the bench was locked down by the underside latch and one screw had to be loosened to allow it to be properly positioned). My granddaughter was please and not much was needed to make it work for her. Great product.Missing screws, otherwise great productI needed to buy both a stand and bench; buying them together in this bundle saved a significant amount of money. One thing that I was concerned about even before making the purchase was the design: there seemed to be no place to put your knees as the cross section was in the way. And I was right: the cross section does get in the way. However, this problem seems to affect all the collapsible stands; the alternative would be to buy something for $100 or more. I decided instead to put up with this problem; it’s not too awkward but it’s not great either. The stand itself is fairly sturdy: I put a KORG SP-170S on it. You just have to tighten the screws tight enough when putting the stand together. It’s very easy to assemble, but you need to pay attention to which way you put the bars on so that they come out the same distance across the front and back once you’ve got the stand put together. Also, an Allen wrench was needed to put the stand together but the package came with a regular wrench, which was useless for the task. I didn’t mind as I already had what I needed. The bench is solid and comfortable; it doesn't feel cheap. Also, the bench requires almost no assembly, just un-tighten and the re-tighten a couple of screws that you turn with knobs – no tools required.Love itOverall good product!Package arrived with no screws for the stand so I have not been able to put it together.. tried reaching out several weeks ago about this issue and have not heard back from anyone. Really hoping they will follow up because the rest of the pieces look totally fineGreat deal
