Well done!Though I have been in the choir since elementary days, I only learned how to play the piano mid-last year when my late-husband encouraged me to learn. We have a Yamaha stage piano at home but it's too heavy to take to church. As such, I have been looking for a portable keyboard with great piano sound. I actually bought a folding keyboard online towards the end of last year --- portability was great, but the piano sound was disappointing. After a long research, I decided to purchase this Yamaha PSR-EW310 76-key Portable Keyboard. And I was not disappointed - the sound (not just the piano sound) is great, the weight is light enough to carry around, and the price won't break the bank! =) Since I just recently purchased this keyboard, I have yet to use it for our choir, but have been happily learning to use its different functions at home. Yamaha is definitely a brand you can trust for musical instruments. Now we have 3 various kinds of Yamaha piano/keyboard at home AND a Yamaha electric-acoustic guitar. :)The Yamaha PSR-EW310 76-key portable keyboard is one of the best keyboards I have ever owned. I bought this one for my son, and he really is loving it. It has everything you need/want to begin playing very quick. He already plays quite well and really enjoys all of the built in sounds, voices, and teaching programs. He finds that just using the teaching program is taking him to a whole new level of playing. I understand the price is a bit higher than some others, but it is really worth every cent paid. My son and I highly recommend this product. God bless. The keys, even though they are not as good as hammer action keys, are very responsive to touch, strong or gentle. This keyboard offers many features that one could only find in more expensive keyboards in the past. I own another Yamaha keyboard which is more expensive, but I consider this one is a better buy. For beginners, the number of features in this keyboard can be overwhelming, but take your time to learn and you will have a lot of fun.
