My issue with every keyboard shelf is stability. I want a sturdy solid surface for my keyboard, at the right height, the right angle, and with room for the keyboard and a mouse, trackball, or touchpad.This shelf is tops in every regard, I just wish it were more sturdy. It's as good as any I have seen but there is still a little bounce when I type. So I am still waiting to see my 5-star keyboard shelf, if it exists.make sure you have enough backspace for it to slide back otherwise youre going to have problems installing it. the person using it seems happy with it.but does tend to slip and not stay in the "locked" positon as stated in other reviewsworks for me however
