Overall, works well. Taking star off for missing screws/nuts to mount the keyboard tray to the articulating mechanics. I called the same day I unboxed it and was supposed to get the missing hardware sent to me but it's been over a week now and shouldn't be that long to drop 4 machine screws and acorn nuts in the mail.Did receive the missing hardware a short time after writing the review.I just missed the return option by a couple of days, but I definitely would have returned this item. The mechanism is so heavy and cumbersome and would have caused me to hit my knee on it every time I sat down. Don't buy this unless your knee space is VERY tall.Great product. Easy to install. However, make sure your desk will accommodate its track length. I had to make some modifications to my desk.All in all I like it. Room enough for my ergo mouse with an ergo padded. I didn’t use the pad that comes with it because my ergo keyboard already has one.VERY sturdy and good quality. A bit pricey but well worth it
